Communication was good, and assistance was available on request. However, a.dissapointing delay in the arrival of the coffin marred the proceedings..

It would be helpful to know the reason for the late arrival of the coffin. As this did cause some emotional response.
Otherwise Simplicity would be recommended by me. Thank you. .

apart from a few teething problems at the start and my husbands death happening just before Christmas resulting in a delay due to 2 Bank Holiday weekends it has gone as well as I could have expected....

Very poor communication
Communication with Simplicity is hopeless. If you miss a call they do not call back within a reasonable time as an answering takes messages. Also passing requests to the crematorium was inadequate....
