Every aspect of the Simplicity service was excellent. The staff I dealt with were all superb and I was kept up to date with every detail. I would certainly recommend them.

Poor communication
Person dealing with cremation was unable to help me as he said he was on holiday. All I was asking for was a receipt & date when service was to take place. He told me to ring Kemps in Hernebay, they...

Overall very good value.
Overall very good, although I don’t think that I should have been involved with whether or not a pace maker had been removed from the deceased !
