Provided the service that was ordered, in a way that will keep me as their costumer.
The only downside was the time spent at the airport, waiting for the coach to get full.
The service at arrivals is confusing, semi-chaotic and there was no need for that. Lot's of space for improvements.
The transfer itself is good. Very nice, polite and careful drivers.
