The minibus back to the airport upon our return didn't turn up and so we had to pay for a taxi, which we are endeavouring to get a refund for!

Very good. Driver arrived on time, but the taxi was not exclusively for us, as was advertised (we shared with another couple). It did not affect our journey, although we narrowly missed a traffic jam...

I arrived at the coach and it did not depart for 90 minutes, there was no expaination of why this was or when the coach was due to depart

The bus was waiting in Alicante airport and brought us to the hotel in Benidorm. Very good!

Return journey was as the outbound very comfortable

bus too small on way back. very poor telephone service to arrange return transfer wouldnt use again because of this. had to get hotel to arrange.

Other than for a small delay on arrival at the airport everything was fine.
