We’d like to thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are very sorry to hear about your experience with us. Although we are a growing business, we still pride ourselves in giving excellent customer service and we are disappointed you didn’t receive this. We are investigating our communication processes and we will make improvements to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We have recently had some changes to our internal structure which will improve the communication between departments and our customers. We hope you continue to use our services – we are still a family run business and do care.

Thank you for your review- The team here at Shredall-SDS is thrilled to hear such valuable feedback. We will pass on your thanks to Maria as well.

We are sorry to hear that your collection lorry didn’t arrive on the day it was scheduled and that you had to chase it yourself to rearrange. We will pass this feedback onto our operations and management departments to ensure this won’t happen again. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope to work with you in the future.
