After speaking with our operations team I have the below information - Your service was on 01/08/2025, a WTN was sent 01/08/2025 at 10.23am and your COD was sent 02/08/2025 at 2.32pm. Both your waste transfer note and certificate of destruction were emailed to an address on file. Please get in touch at info@shredall.co.uk if you haven't recieved the final communication. We are sorry to hear that our service wasn't carried out and we were unable to arrive before 13:00 on the day you requested. For every service we deliver we will always do our utmost to arrive at a specific time frame if requested. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, on this certain day due to road traffic and a busy previous job we were unable to arrive before lunch and for that we apologise.
