Hi Elizabeth, thanks for responding to my review.
I was just having a look on eBay for a Bamix 400ml Beaker which was the item that was omitted from my order (see above my previous review). I found one on eBay and to my surprise, guess who is selling it ....."Your Home Depot" and it's says there are 8 available and the delivery will be on or before January 30th. So why was I told when I called to report that it was missing from my order that the last one had been damaged in the warehouse? Does this mean that I was told a lie by the receptionist or that you are advertising a product on eBay that you don't actually have to sell? If someone had contacted me and informed me that there had been a mistake and that you didn't have the item in stock, I would have accepted that as sometimes these things happen but as I said previously, why not just be honest. If you do actually have the item in stock, I think as a show of good faith you should send it to me without charging me for postage as my order was over $100. I am not asking you to give me the beaker for free, just the postage.

It's up to Your Home Depot to advise me when the delivery should be expected. They have my email and telephone contact details. It is common business courtesy to answer a customer enquiry not just send a blanket automated reply when a customer asks about the order replaced 17 days earlier.
Good deal for half price, no shipping costs and it took vey little time to reach me which is unusual for orders coming to the Goldfields. The order is exactly what I wanted and I am more than happy...
