Don’t use this company

Never received this product as was delivered outside my house whilst I wasn’t in (I live in a terraced house) wasn’t delivered to a neighbour and was just left on my doorstep. The delivery was taken...

It has been almost TWO WEEKS since i ordered it and i didnt even get any update on the delivery....and then it asks for feedback?!?!? It doesnt make sense. I hope it gets here soon.
