Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are so glad that the crib has been a success for the babies sleep :) I would like to apologise that the order was not left in a safe place for you, we are always looking into new couriers to use as we strive to ensure our customers receive a safe and timely delivery. During these difficult times courier companies are under increased pressure which leaves alot more room for error, I will feed this back to our warehouse team to prevent this from happening with future orders. Team Shnuggle x

Hi Priscilla, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you are disappointed with the stand, I would like to assure you at Shnuggle safety is our main priority which is why all of our products are rigoursly tested to meet safety standards. The bath stand is tested to the very latest UK and EU safety standard EN 17072. As the stand is unstable and not sturdy there may be an issue with one of the parts or it has not been built correctly. Please contact our customer service hello@shnuggle.co.uk with some pictures, we would like the opportunity to fix this for you. I hope to hear from you Shnuggle x
