Shield Total Insurance 点评

Paid for my renewal over a week ago, rang today to chase policy documents, I was told they would email them straight away. Still nothing.

The insurance and service are really good BUT if you need to contact them for even a minor change to your policy you'd better set aside a couple of days on the phone and even then you may not get...

Very good service and prompt reminders, good cover too at a reasonable price

Good value and a easy and efficient service

Helpful & efficient.

Good service over the phone and very helpful but until we ever call them out we don't know yet how well or quickly they would respond. I would trust they provide a great service.

Quick and efficient, transparent policies that are excellent value for money

Just so helpful when you phone in

They responded quickly to my renewal by email but being the wrong side of 65 I prefer paper correspondence.

Very fast and friendly service plus a very competitive premium
