The agency should return telephone calls and not ignore them. No updates given throughout the purchase and not very helpful in answering any questions.

Poor customer service

Being misinformed of what was agreed throughout the process which caused considerable stress. A real lack of customer service. Being truthful would have made the process a lot easier.
