Thorough catalogue description. Very helpful office staff who ensured we ot what we wanted and dealt with specific problems over car hire and insurance. Very good directions from the airport.
Easy booking but took a few attempts to set up as needed. Information pack was really useful. Villa was exactly like the online pictures and larger than it appeared online.

We very much appreciate you taking the time to write with your feedback and I'm delighted to hear you found the villa comfortable, clean and well-equipped. As much as it is difficult to have any control over any external factors, it's disappointing that the entertainment from the hotel on the bay impacted your stay on this occasion, although I am glad you discussed it with Ruth so she can monitor the situation.

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to speak to me on the phone with regards to your feedback. I do hope we can welcome you back to Sardinia or Corsica in the future.
When we purchased the holiday over the telephone the operators were very helpful
in advising us on various options we were considering.

Thank you very much for all your comments. I am very pleased to know you enjoyed the cleanliness and gym facilities at this hotel and, of course, we will be glad to pass on your thoughts regarding bedroom storage. I do hope your elbow and shoulder are now back to full strength following your slip while carrying your suitcase.
