We are sorry to hear you found some elements of your stay disappointing. Did you raise any of them with your rep I wonder? The reps are usually fantastic at getting issues resolved for you whilst in resort so it is always vital to inform them of any aspects you are unhappy with. I'm glad that you were able to enjoy many of the other elements of Senegambia Hotel however. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for your comments, we are pleased you found the hotel to be peaceful and the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Lamin is indeed a fantastic rep and are very happy to hear this was your experience too.

This is fantastic to hear! We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at African Princess and cannot wait to welcome you back again. Thank you for your lovely comments.

We are sorry you found the breakfast choice poor. As per the hotel's description, it is only a continental breakfast offered with a more extensive menu for the evening meal. Thank you for your review.
