Documentation was well presented. But the description of the hotel was confusing, it described the buildings as bungalows...yet hey were two storeys high. Did like the package containing the details...

All very slick, its a shame thompson airlines are used, they are cramped and shoddy

I am so sorry your experience was not as you had hoped for. The Belorizonte is a lively hotel with activities on offer for adults and children, yet I accept this is not everybody's cup of tea. Hopefully you will visit Cape Verde again and if I may suggest the Odjo d'Agua hotel or the Morabeza hotel which, from your comments, I believe would be more suited to you. Thanks for your feedback.
