Very efficient - I explained what type of hotel we were looking for and was guided perfectly by the booking staff. They were very knowledgable about the area and all hotels.

Generally all worked. However requested twin bedded room but on arrival told not possible as Suites only have king sized bed. Either "Experience" should of known this at time of booking or Hotel...

This hotel is advertised as a beach lovers paradise and the ideal place for couple's and families looking for an all-inclusive beach break. Therefore it definitely delivers on what is advertises. We are sorry it did not meet all your requirements on this occasion.
