Appalling from start to finish. The only redeeming aspect was the one friendly advisor I spoke to with a query (wish I’d got her name!)… when I finally got through. The rest were rude and abrupt....

Never answer the phone, emails go ignored, incorrect information put on contract of sale eg wrong purchase price, wrong address and name. Very slow to respond

Anna was supportive and provided timely information and advice. The process took longer than expected although this may have been inevitable.

He dealt with all of the documentation/searches that needed to be done. He answered the questions that I had and ensured that all of my details were submitted properly.
