Improve communications to passengers , maybe a written handout or Tv screens. Assuming anything they said was important! If not ferry was on time and loading wasn't too painful wait .

Great tour and commentary by bus driver. Getting tickets, meeting up and everything was just easy!

service on the phone was great. we had a problem with pick up at Wirrana Resort which was not fully explained to us in the first instance.
