We are concerned to read that the driver did not assist you with your luggage, as they most certainly should have. We will be following this up with the driver to ensure that assistance is provided to all customers in need.

Just to add to my comments, the poor luggage handling was on the ferry luggage bus and then the bus. I think any paid tour must include luggage loading especially for senior citizens. Thank you for responding. I have no more comments except to say that Australia is a great country and we loved our visit. Love from Canada.
