Administration is excellent. Needed a check on charges & was surprised at how quickly the response was made. Timing from coach to ferry both ways, were perfect. Not much waiting time.

Everything was great except for the ferry's glass window panes. They were dirty with dirt stains. We were not able to take clear photographs of KI and the evening sun set from inside the ferry.
