I bought 4 of these lamps and didn’t open them until after Christmas and 2 of them were broken and I don’t see how to get a replacement for the two

We got a great product, but it took a lot of effort to buy it.

The website won't accept credit card payment on a card with a billing address that differs from the delivery address.
