Good communication, were able and willing to sort out a small difficulty at my end very helpfully.
Good website that enabled me to find just what I wanted, with reliable descriptions.

Scales and Balances provided scales that met our requirements, with quick delivery time.
wasn't impressed with the service originally as we received incorrect item but the service after that was done in a very professional matter so overall it was ok.
