OK but using pallet distribution causes problems - next time I will probably order from a builders' merchant that delivers with a lorry and crane.

Thank you for your feedback, without which we would not be able to improve our service. The majority of our deliveries to domestic customers are made via a nationwide pallet network, and whilst most deliveries are made without a hitch, we do understand that this delivery method is not suitable for everyone. Many of our stockists can deliver using HIAB vehicles (with a crane arm for offloading); should you require further Rolawn products in the future, we would recommend contacting your local stockist, details of which can be found on our website - www.rolawn.co.uk. Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can provide further assistance. Emily Kirkland 0845 604 6060

Excellent service good product my only gripe is that they send on a lorry with just a pallet lifter which means if you have a gravel drive like me they have to be dumped at the gate

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were not completely happy with the quality of the turf. We do make strenuous efforts to minimise the amount of weed grasses in our turf, however under certain conditions a minimal content may be present. You may find the information on our website useful in dealing with weed grasses. http://www.rolawndirect.co.uk is full of product and aftercare advice, however if this does not help to allay your concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0845 604 6060 for further assistance.
