I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with some of the rolls you recently had delivered. We do our upmost to ensure that rolls are as uniform as they can be when dispatched however as a natural product the appearance on arrival may vary depending on the weather prior to harvest. This should not affect the ongoing performance of the lawn. I can see you have been in touch directly where we have offered further advice.
