The company was very professional and efficient. The awning is of good quality and looks very nice. Advice from the company representative and fitting team was first rate.

Another 2 weeks have passed and nothing has happened! Is this what you call Customer Service? This is appalling. How much longer do we need to wait for someone to contact us?
Excellent service excellent products, exactly as they are described and look in the catalogue, the material used is the same as the samples.

I would also like to say that all the surveyors and engineers we met were very helpful. We did have a few problems during the installation and just after, but all these were resolve to our satisfaction in a quick, friendly and professional manner.
So appreciated HONEST advice. Far, far better and cheaper than DEANS blinds who were rude and unhelpful.
They were prompt, courteous and we will definitely use again on all our houses. We are...
