Hello. Firstly, thank you very much for your review. We are, however, disappointed to hear that you're unhappy with the service that you received. We always strive to deliver the very best service to our customers, so please accept our apologies that we have fallen below that standard on your order. Your order arrived with you on Friday following the order being placed on Tuesday. This particular item was in stock at one of our other branches, and thus unfortunately required an additional day to get to our distribution store. Please be aware that I have refunded you the difference in cost between our Express and Standard service as a result of this. Thank you.

Hello. Firstly, thank you very much for your review. We are, however, disappointed to hear that you’re unhappy with the service and the product you received. Due to the nature of the issue, we sought to liaise directly with the manufacturer. Following discussions with The Ultimate Muzzle, they state that "the muzzle has to be fully breakable to ensure the horse doesn’t get injured. The muzzle has performed as expected when under impact. All muzzles are checked & finished before being sent out. It goes through the strap and is separate to the manufacturing process." Because of this, on this occasion, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Thank you.
