Wendy, our tour manager was excellent and we were all pleased that she was English so no language issues. Everything was well planned/organised and any changes were well explained and executed.
Always had good service from Riviera. 12 holidays so far. But facilities in Bulgaria seem very primitive and there is not a good customer service ethic.

Everything we were told in the brochure was what we got. We are not very good at finding
places ourselves, so the organised trips gave us a good flavour of what Nice was like.
Any questions we had...
Most provision and arrangements were very good. The arrival arrangements were unsatisfactory, and perhaps more detailed information about Sorrento would have been helpful
