We were sorry, however, to learn of your disappointment regarding the itinerary changes. Unfortunately, river cruise itineraries can occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as unusually low water levels on the Rhine. Any amendments are made with the safety of our guests and crew as the highest priority, while also seeking to provide the best possible alternative arrangements. We do appreciate that spending four days in Frankfurt was not what you had anticipated and understand how disappointing this must have been. We were also sorry to learn that the evening entertainment did not meet your expectations. We recognise that our guests have a wide range of interests, and your comments regarding the limited variety and the number of quizzes offered have been noted and will be shared with the relevant team for review.
