River cruising is occasionally subject to factors beyond our control, including fluctuating water levels and unforeseen lock disruptions, which can necessitate itinerary adjustments at short notice. We understand that such changes can be disappointing and appreciate your understanding. Please be assured that we contacted affected guests as soon as we became aware of the situation and provided updates whenever possible.
