No support at St Pancras on departure. At arrival in Paris a long walk over uneven ground to coach to ship.
Guides walking fast leaving mature travellers behind and unable to keep up with them.
On return journey had to made own way to departure areas.

Most departures were delayed when coaches did not arrive on time.
On one day Karim had not checked his work phone were a message had been left by tour guide informing him that they were unavailable the next day. Therefore the visit to the cider farm and cheese factory only took place because Karim came as our ****** not as a tour guide. This made the coach trip boring.

We are pleased to hear that you found the holiday to be well organised and that it delivered on the expectations set out in the brochure. It is also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the food at the hotel.
We were, however, sorry to note your comments regarding the condition of the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, which you felt would benefit from refurbishment.
We also note your concerns regarding the standard of fire safety at the hotel, which you advise have been raised separately. The safety and wellbeing of our guests is paramount. As yet, we have not had sight of this correspondence. Should you wish to formally raise your concerns with our Guest Relations Team, they will investigate the matter and respond within 28 days, in line with ABTA guidelines.
