Quite happy with service in store and delivery was very well conducted.
Helpful and cheerful men on an extremely hot day.
Regret buying pillows. Far to hard.

We are very sorry that you were asked to review a recliner rather than the bedroom furniture you ordered. This was due to an administrative error and we have taken steps to ensure it does not happen again.

Hello Mrs Berry,
Firstly I must apologise for the system error that listed the incorrect purchased item to a number of customers on this week's Feefo Review list.
Obviously a Negative review reflects badly on Reynolds and we sincerely hope your rating was only because of the system error and not on the service you received from us.
Hopefully you will have now received a second Feefo email with the correct purchased item and we would be grateful if you would update your review on the Service you experienced with us.
Thank you,
Reynolds Furniture Store
