I knew what I wanted and ordered by email and confirmed and paid over the phone. Staff were very helpful. Items arrived close to estimated delivery date. Delivery was within arranged time slot. ...
As always a nice place to wander round on 4 floors. Staff couldn't be more helpful, and always very polite. The occasional table is extremely heavy and well built with solid drawer.
Delivered on time; delivery men set up all of it (not quite as easy as you might assume) and took away all the packaging. Good service, will definitely be using Reynolds again.
