Thank you for your feedback. We can only apologise for not keeping you better informed on the progress of your order and the fact that you found the staff rude which is something we take very seriously. We have taken steps to improve how we communicate the delays we are receiving at the moment. In common with most furniture retailers we are experiencing delays due to covid and supply chain issues. The supplier of your furniture had forty production workers self isolating at one stage. Some suppliers are very good at communicating delays and others not. We have tried to keep people informed but even when goods have been booked into our warehouse they have failed to arrive. We are ensuring all new customers are informed at the time of order of likely delays. Once again our sincerest apologies.
