Difficult one to give stars to - ordered in November, paid up front in full. Sofa was delivered, had been made in wrong configuration. Delivery guys 5 stars!!! they realised before even off loading...

We are sorry to hear that we have let you down so badly. Due to an administrative error the goods were incorrectly ordered and procedures have been put in place to prevent this happening again.
