4 stars could have been 5 however 2 of 3 past bookings cooled opinion
The booking had equivalent prices to competitors & was able to be completed without a shut down or some kind of stoppage in the booking

Lack of customer service.
I had a call back after purchasing our trip. Agent was rude, uninterested, offered no help. Horrible.

Booking trip with gift card
Very efficient phone booking using my gift cards, though it took a bit time to locate the details of my gift cards. It would be better if booking with gift card can be done online
