Didn't get the package I reserved. They gave me a 40.00 discount for the screwup but I had to pay an extra 200.00 because they couldn't get the package I reserved and I had to pay more!!

Our web site is live and connected directly to the tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and consolidators. All rates are solely determined by the suppliers. Prices do fluctuate and as you will hopefully concur, this is an area where we have absolutely no control. As a gesture of goodwill our office extended you a discount towards the price increase incurred. Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.
