Ferry sailed on time and breakfast was good as usual
As a resident on E Wight I had mostly used Wightlink until a few recent trips to Southampton lead me to use Red Funnel again. What a difference, the check in staff are happy to see you, hot food on...

Service was pleasant as normal, I do sometimes get a good morning gesture from random members of staff which at 6am in the morning is quite nice but not yesterday

Good website, efficient check-in and comfortable crossing and on time.
Smiley helpful staff - nice warm boat on a cold day - excellent cup of espresso - feels like RF knows I've had a long journey & need a break while still heading towards home!
