Generally very good. Always choose RF if possible over Wightlink. Travelling with trailers is a reasonable cost. Usually no hassle when turning up an hour late, or earlier.

More seating where you can work needed. Coach party people sitting on floor.
Overall good but during peak season the service is not always managed very well. Also, I find as a regular traveller the prices during peak increase far too much. This has stopped me from travelling...

further to my earlier comment, i do find the staff very friendly and pleasant and i love the coffee from Steam (if its not too busy and i am able to get one).
I found the Pet Area (I have to go there as I have a dog) uncomfortably wet. It was raining on the trip across and back. Water was dripping in on all the seats so it was impossible to find a dry one...
