Overall the service is tremendouse, I have been travelling almost weekly since June 13 and the one problem where standards has fallen is the hot breakfast buffet.
Travel would be more pleasant if the air in the passenger lounge did not smell of cooking oil and the carpet did not smell like a wet dog.
My only other niggle is that no attempt is made to load...

Thank you for the constructive feedback. I'm pleased to confirm we will be addressing many of the points raised including a new vehicle entrance/exit at Southampton which is expected to be in place by June 2014.
Ticketing and ground staff good
The passenger cabin smells of grease due to the Re-Fuel canteen kitchen.
Uncomfortable seats compared to Wightlink
Wifi good
Gluten free food options required and better dog friendly areas with dog owners only allowed to be in them! Red Eagle is great for dog owners because of the upstairs bar! I can supply gluten free...
