We were early for our ferry and were allowed to travel on the earlier one as it was not full. This was very much appreciated. Staff were pleasant and efficient

Too expensive for family and grandchildren visiting us here on the Island . The car ferry costs for passengers only needs to be halved to encourage more trade here . Tourism is suffering too .

On time passenger comfort excellentye

Very smooth driving on and off. Staff polite and all was well co-ordinated. Our only criticism, was stairwell from lowest deck was not indicated clearly.

Easy to get on an earlier return crossing - thank you. Cafe experience was poor. Wightlink has the edge.
