Boarding etc excellent with wheelchair access required and dog. Unfortunately lift not working to get to the dog lounge area so had to sit separate on way over. On way back staff allowed us to stay...

The lift from Deck B to the signature lounge out of action my wife has walking difficulties. However the walk was worth it as the lounge is worth it. The steward in charge was fabulous
