It was created by the current board of Red Alert Telecare Ltd to operate as an independent company, with FCA accreditation, focusing on providing quality packages and services to those who require TECS (Technology Enabled Care Services) throughout mainland UK in a ‘private pay’ scenario – whether this be customers living in domestic settings or assisted living, our packages and services are designed to give the user and their carers peace of mind.
