The online booking system was down so I contacted them by phone, their follow- up was delivered exactly as promised. Friendly and courteous.

My call was answered fairly promptly the person I spoke to confirmed the holiday was available and offered to check the possibility of a flight from a northern airport. I received that information...
Easy process. Telephoned requesting additional flights. Speedy response at very good price.
