Mrs Anne Lane 就 Ramble Worldwide 说了什么:
Booking is a friendly and professional service with Ramblers
Very friendly and efficient. The woman taking my phone booking even rang back later to say I was eligible for an on board offer which she had added onto the booking. Great service.

I booked by phone as we wanted to fly from a different airport. This was arranged for us as well as transport to and from our hotel at the destination.
I booked via phone, the lady that I spoke to was very helpful when booking two holidays, one of which wouldn't load, but she came back to me later on and booked it, sent all relevant information over...
Really efficient and helpful. Sorted out my requests very effectively.
