As I booked on Saturday at about ten to five, it all felt rather rushed! However, everything went smoothly. A bit more human interaction would have been appreciated.

We wanted extra leg room seats which we couldn't book online. I phoned and Harriet was extremely helpful. She did what she said she would do in the timescale she promised. She was lovely to deal with.
