Prompt answering of phone and very helpful advisor (Vanessa).
If the holiday is as positive an experience as the booking process then I’m in for a good time!!

Mrs Vivien Worden 就 Ramble Worldwide 说了什么:
I called long distance from Canada - was treated promptly and efficiently.
Listened patiently, advised on "local" flights and surcharges.
immediately informed us of a change to the advertised programme.
All calls made in a friendly manner.
I didn't have too wait too long for the phone to be answered and your colleague was very efficient. Haven't travelled yet but I don't expect any problems.
