Thank you for your feedback. We do require a deposit when requesting rooms, particularly with a late booking, as we need to make a commitment to the accommodation. Not easy to request the name of friend I wished to share with although she had already booked. Got the impression the clerk was working from home as she went off to answer door bell then informed me...
Since I booked relatively late, I had to pay the full amount immediately. In this way it was not possible to use my loyalty points. Only after several emails did it finally work.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently when making a late booking it is not possible to redeem your loyalty points online. We recognise this and are happy to refund the value of loyalty points due. It is always possible to call us to make a late booking and we will ensure that your loyalty points are deducted at the time. We hopy you will have a very enjoyable holiday.
