On time, knowledgable technician, good service.

The service was completed on time and efficiently. The service associate was courteous, attentive and explained the service well.

No complaints about the service, but maintenance is pretty spendy, over $500 a year. It's also annoying that, beginning a couple of months after installation, they send out constant filter change...
