Thank you for your feedback.
The VKO 100 included in this kit is designed for small toilet and ensuite applications, so we're sorry to hear it has not met your expectations. If you believe the fan may not be performing as intended or could be faulty, we'd encourage you to contact our team so we can investigate further.
In some cases, factors such as duct length, installation method, roof space conditions, or restrictions in the ducting can affect performance. We'd be happy to review your installation and determine whether there may be an issue requiring attention.
Please contact us via our contact form and provide any relevant details or photos of the installation, and our team will be glad to assist.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the flashing kit and will take your comments on board.
