Veronica helped me, now she doesn’t work there? Service was average, flight was fouled up, ended up getting sent the the wrong airport. And I’ve yet to receive the “3 month puppy box” advertised....

Thaimy was awesome!
Thaimy and I were in constant contact with each other throughout the whole process. She was great! There were some bumps near the end but were taken care of as well as they could have been.
