Staff were polite and efficient on the phone. Holiday information was excellent. Travel documents sent out via email in plenty of time. Hotel excellent.

Would use again
Very good staff, spoke to you with a nice manner so I would rate their customer service skills which are lacking nowadays. The more mature staff were the best.

All good except the return pick up
from hotel to airport was a little late and made us anxious.
However we got to the airport in good time and the driver was excellent.
